ABOUT: DignityMoves’ mission is to end street homelessness by rapidly developing cost-effective, high-quality interim supportive housing that moves people indoors with dignity. We partner with cities, service providers, and philanthropic leaders to deliver private modular housing communities in months rather than years, at a fraction of traditional construction costs. By combining innovative design, emergency building strategies, and strong public-private partnerships, we create scalable housing solutions that stabilize vulnerable populations, including the fastest-growing segment of people experiencing homelessness: older adults. ABOUT: Harlan’s Serenity Foundation was born from lived experience. Every board member has either gone through addiction recovery themselves or supported a loved one through it. That shared understanding drives everything we do. This work is personal. Harlan Chris Squier found long-term recovery—six years—through wilderness therapy. Research shows significant mental, emotional, and relational improvements in young people who complete wilderness or residential programs. We believe recovery happens when young people are given the right tools, in the right environment, supported by people who understand. ABOUT: Daphine Jack, a veteran parole officer, founded Prevention Zone in 2016 with a vision to motivate youth to focus on positivity despite societal challenges. She started with Young Men Gathering, a program for boys aged 13-21, which evolved into Young People Gathering in 2019. Driven by a passion for criminal justice and wrongful conviction advocacy, Daphine established Prevention Zone Inc as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2019. The organization supports youth, children of incarcerated parents, and exonerees, aiming to inspire community action and social change. Since 2021, Prevention Zone has hosted the annual Circle of Excellence Criminal Justice Award and Catalyst for Change Community Forums to promote dialogue on justice reform.

ABOUT: Heroes To Heroes provides spiritual healing and peer support for American veterans who have attempted suicide or are on a path to self-destruction due to moral injury, the shame and guilt brought home from war. Our 12-month values-based program includes small group self-discovery and a 10-day journey to Israel where veterans of all faiths find reconnection to their Creator. They are joined in Israel by IDF veterans who volunteer to support them as they move forward in their lives. Heroes To Heroes has successfully taken over 500 veterans through this program.
